Heard about this place because it was near Washington University. Fast service, clean tables, great atmosphere. I found service to be decent, not mind-blowing but not ear-smoking. The ramen is delicious here, it's well proportioned and there is an equal amount of toppings. If you aren't a fan of salty food, I'd make an attempt to avoid this place because the soup is overly salty by the touch. I love this place nonetheless.

Quick service delicious ramen! You order at the counter and grab your sauces yourself and sit at a table. The food is brought out within a couple minutes and you get to enjoy the ambiance of local art in the walls and Nudo animation details on the napkin holders and other decor. Would recommend any of the ramen flavors (tried the pork, chicken, and mushroom). I ordered the original ramen, but really enjoyed tasting the mushroom ramen broth from my group. This is a new favorite when I visit St. Louis.

Nudo House on Delmar is a gem! The veggie egg rolls were perfectly crispy and delicious--great for starting the meal. I tried the Classic Nudo Ramen and the Shroomed Out Ramen; both were flavorful and comforting. The broth was rich, and the noodles were spot on. Definitely a spot I'll return to! It's a modern and welcoming, laid back vibe. You can sit anywhere as long as there is an open table. The workers will deliver the food to the table but you have to assist yourself in your beverage or grab your own condiments.

I wouldn't say it's authentic Asian food but it is a good choice for people who are new to trying new cuisines. You order your food at the front and pay before eating. I was shocked at how fast the food came out though! It was like less than 5 minutes. With that being said, the noodles were on the harder side. They have very hard workers. They're cleaning after everyone immediately after they leave and are cleaning fhe tables and chairs too. I got the ramen and it was alright! It didn't hit the spot 100% but I think I would come again for the pho. It was pretty busy for a weekday dinner but still has plenty of seating!

I've been to several ramen restaurants around the St. Louis area and this is definitely one of my favorites! Everything about the experience has been pleasing to me especially the flavor of the ramen dishes and the toppings that come along with it. Every time I walk in there the space is always really clean and orderly, and the workers are always professional.

So let's just get it out there. I'm not a Ramen guy. But I was taking my adult daughter to lunch and this is where she wanted to go. So if I can get her to take time to eat with me I'll buy her whatever she wants. I give this place four stars based upon the fact that they're pretty good at what they do. I'm just not a fan of what they do. That's not their fault. I'm not into seaweed. I had the Hebrew hammer. Again, let's be honest. I chose it because it has a terribly cool name. And I recognized one of its ingredients. Chicken. The chicken was great. The broth was outstanding. That's pretty much all I could identify. Totally my fault! If you're into Ramen, I completely recommend this place. If you're into burgers.... Not so much. I'm not cool and trendy like my daughter. But I'm smart enough to know I should feed her whatever she wants if I can snag an hour with her. You can call me old school. You can call me midwestern small city hick. You can call me uneducated or a culinary fool. But you can't say I'm not a family man. Go to Nudo House. If you're surfing places for Ramen, this is where you should go.

Good casual, quick-service spot for ramen! You order inside at the counter and by the time you pick a spot to sit at your food is pretty much already at the table. They have a few rules like "we'll treat you how you treat us" and "no water/bathroom unless you purchase," which feels pretty reasonable. The vibe is definitely ont he more hipster, chill side. I tried the Hebrew Hammer, and it was great. My favorite part was the soft boiled egg, which was perfectly rich and runny, but the broth was super flavorful and well seasoned too. There were a solid amount of ramen noodles in the bowl, and although I wish there was more pork, the meat that there was was really delicious. My friend got the O'miso spicy ramen, and although it lived up to expectations in terms of spice, I'd say the flavor profile had less depth, and would still go with the Hebrew Hammer if I were to go again.

I had Door Dash deliver me some Chicken Pho Soup. Everything was packaged up nicely for me to pour into my own bowl once it was delivered. The Chicken Pho Soup is comprised of chicken breast, rice noodles, bean sprouts, cilantro, Thai basil, jalapeno, citrus, and broth. It was hot, spicy, and extremely flavorful. It helped me fight off Covid's cousin or whatever was ailing me.
